The goal is for you to lose weight and for you to keep it off. The majority of your weight loss in my programs will come from the food you eat. With my programs and 1 on 1 coaching, each week I will be your accountability partner. I will provide you with meal plans, grocery list, recipes, and workouts. You are not on this journey alone!
As part of my Jazzy Fit 30 Day Weight Loss program, you will be part of the Jazzy Fit community filled with women with the same goals as you. You will have access to a private Facebook group to help you on your journey.
The goal is weight loss!!! My programs and customized meal plans are tailored to help you lose a guaranteed 1-2lbs per week. More weight loss can be lost depending on the program.
