Your health is something that should be taken seriously and one size does not fit all. Each person is a unique individual and I can help you establish a tailored plan based on your health needs, food preferences, and lifestyle goals. Whether you’re looking to lose weight or have high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, celiac disease, food allergies, or problems with emotional eating, you’ll receive support to help you set priorities, monitor your progress, and maintain your success from a trained nutritionist.

As a nutritionist and professional athlete, I can also help you better understand any conditions that you may have and the impact nutrition can have on your health. In addition to providing nutrition information and advice, I am trained to empower my clients by providing support and motivation. We will help to hold you accountable for making and maintaining lifestyle changes and will celebrate both your short- and long-term successes.

Changing your lifestyle isn’t easy, which is why I am equipped to handle inevitable roadblocks. I will work with you to find solutions to challenges, and tweak your plan to make it work for you.

Initial Consultation: All new clients will undergo an initial counseling session which can last anywhere between 45 minutes and 1 hour. This allows us to create a baseline profile of several behavioral factors which can be affecting one's health including work life, home life, food choices, daily habits, hobbies, mental health status, relationships, etc. Biometric measurements (weight, body fat percentage, body water percentage, body measurements will be taken and a full body analysis will be conducted. You will complete a 3 day food record before our next visit.

Follow up Visits:

For our follow up visit, I will calculate your calorie needs to meet your weight or lifestyle goals (lose weight, weight gain, or to maintain weight). I will create a meal plan/program to meet your needs and we will discuss ways to help you meet your goals.

Packages:

All package deals include daily accountable measures, daily food logs, and positive reinforcement. It takes around 90 days to form a habit. By investing in your health, you will start to see a change in the way you feel, look, and think about food.
